Foreigners Office - Gata

The new “Office for residents” is located next to the police station (policia local) and is set up 10 metres further on from the main entrance of the town hall. This new office is manned by foreign volunteers and is opened on the following days and times:

This office can help with integration in Spain and particular in Gata de Gorgos which covers several European languages. There is, among other things, written information available about the following subjects:

• - Health care;
• - Subscription in the register office of the town (Padron);
• - Education;
• - Buying, selling and renting a house;
• - Driving license;
• - Local and government taxes;
• - Identification number for foreigners (NIE);
• - And so on.
