Gata Residencial

has an enthusiastic and friendly community made up largely of expats who have chosen to live in this part of the Costa Blanca and some local Spanish who appreciate the location and style of the houses. The owners have an internet discussion group.

"La Asociación de Gata Residencial" represents the residents and owners of Gata Residencial. We are a voluntary non profit association that promotes social events and negotiates with the authorities. Since it's inception it has been supported by the majority of residents and owners. See the above Tab for more info.

History

Location

Gata Residencial is an urbanisation of 500 houses on the edge of the existing town of Gata de Gorgos in the Marina Alta area of the Costa Blanca.
