About Us

Gata Residencial

has an enthusiastic and friendly community made up largely of expats who have chosen to live in this part of the Costa Blanca and some local Spanish who appreciate the location and style of the houses. The owners have an internet discussion group. How to Join

"La Asociación de Gata Residencial" represents the majority of residents and owners who are committed to improving our environment in Gata Residencial. Gata Residencial is an urbanisation of 500 houses on the edge of the existing town of Gata de Gorgos in the Marina Alta area of the Costa Blanca.
